HAMPTON, VA - Freshman wide receiver Robert Holland earned CIAA Wide Receiver of the Week honors after a break out game against Brevard College this past Saturday. The Hawks fell in the game 27-24 but Holland put up veteran numbers as a freshman making his first collegiate start. Holland hauled in eight catches in the game for 169 yards and two touchdowns. The Newport News native connected with quarterback CJ Westler for 14 and 16 yard touchdown scores.
Chucks Stats so far: 42 catches for 595 yds and 5 tds (leading the CIAA in receiving )
