Remember that gun charge Wayne copped back in New York City a couple years back? Well the latest out of that court case is that he has to choose between an 8 month plea deal or to take the case to trial with a minimum 3 1/2 year sentence if found guilty through the jury. There is supposedly some of Wayne’s DNA on the gun so rumors are that he is leaning towards the plea deal.
